Going Beyond the Brand
In this keynote presentation, Karen takes you Beyond the Brand, breathing new life into your organization using her CPR Engagement concept; where people feel Connected, Protected, and Respected.
Forester research states that 90% of American consumers form their perception of companies based primarily on the service experience. When employees live the vision and the brand the service experience becomes a WOW!
Today businesses are redefining their mission and vision as their brands expand into customer and employee engagement. Your brand is the core of your company, the heart of your business, the soul of your culture, and the foundation for a WOW customer experience.
The way you get Beyond the Brand is through employee engagement. Engaged Employees are critical to the success of every organization. Engaged employees perform at high levels, create emotional engagements with the customer. Karen McCullough has worked with some of the top organizations and leaders and she has discovered what separates truly connected high engagement teams and leaders from the rest- they live their brand.

Lori PfighauptRecruitment Coordinator / Iowa Department of Transportation
Karen is so smart and laugh out loud funny! She knows branding! Saying she was a pleasure to work with is an understatement. Karen took the time to get to know the Iowa Department of Transportation and crafted her message to reinforce the goals we had for our leadership conference. The conference theme was Momentum, so we worked with Karen to tailor her Beyond the Brand presentation to compliment the theme of the conference. Karen took that concept one step further and helped the group think beyond the company brand and understand their own “personal brand” and the effect it has on the work we do and the people we serve. Her 90 minute presentation had the audience engaged the entire time through humor and interacting with one another. What a refreshing way to end the conference!
