Next Generation CPR Leadership – Blowing New Life into an Organization

Where people feel Connected, Protected, and Respected…

Right now, the age bubble and the youth bubble are shaping our world of work. The Baby Boomers, continue to reach 67 and many are not ready to retire. Boomers are active, involved and engaged and many are planning on working well in their 70’s as entrepreneurs and consultants. Baby Boomers also have power, knowledge, experience, and money. Success driven Boomers control over half the world’s wealth, and businesses must have a strategy to connect with them as employees as well as customers.

At the other end of the spectrum we have the second wave of Millennials the under 30’s who are entering the workforce in droves. By 2025 over 75% of the workforce will be Millennials and younger. Millennials have an incredible amount of talent–and they also have incredibly high expectations about their careers, environment, growth opportunities, and relationships.

In the Middle there are the Generation X and the first wave of Millennials (Gen Y)  those 30 – 40 and early 50’s who are now in leadership roles and must manage the mix. Today leaders need to collaborate, be inclusive, and communicate openly, while adapting to change and innovation. The X/Y teams are the bridge between the Boomers and the Millennials, developing their own unique leadership style that’s part success-driven (Boomer) and part empathetic (Millennial).

In this program takes a take a deeper dive into the communication piece of managing and leading a diverse workforce where everyone want to be Connected, Protected, and Respected.
